REACH (Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals )
Compliance of Aerocan’s articles to REACH regulation
Aerocan is following the regulatory evolution linked to REACH (Registration,
Evaluation, Authorisation and restrictions of Chemicals) that came into force on the 1st of June 2007.
Aerocan roles under REACH are:
- Downstream user
- Article manufacturer
AEROCAN is aware of its REACH duties and is looking forward to fulfilling them.
The registration phase has been active since the 1st of January 2009. AEROCAN is in regular contact with its suppliers regarding the registration of substances purchased.
AEROCAN is following the update of the substances in the candidate list for inclusion in the annex XIV of the REACH regulation. The candidate list can be found on the following website:

None of the substances included the 28.10.2008 and the 13.01.2010, in the candidate list, is in concentration above 0,1 % by weight of the articles manufactured by Aerocan.

Conformité des articles d’AEROCAN à la réglementation REACH
AEROCAN suit les évolutions liées à la réglementation REACH (Registration,
Evaluation, Authorisation and restrictions of Chemicals) entrée en vigueur le 1er Juin 2007.
Les rôles d’AEROCAN selon REACH sont :
- Utilisateur en aval
- Fabriquant d’article.
AEROCAN connait les exigences réglementaires pour chacun d’eux.
Depuis le 1er Janvier 2009, la phase d’enregistrement est active. AEROCAN est en communication régulière avec ses fournisseurs pour s’assurer de l’enregistrement de ses matières premières.
AEROCAN surveille la mise à jour des substances de la liste candidate à inclusion dans l’annexe XIV de la réglementation REACH. La liste candidate est disponible en suivant le lien ci-dessous :

A ce jour aucune substance de la liste candidate (mise à jour du 13.01.2010) n’est présente à une concentration supérieure à 0,1% dans les articles fournis par AEROCAN.
